Kelly Fahy, BVM&S

Dr. Kelly Fahy is a Massachusetts native who has been pursuing a career in veterinary medicine since 2011. She began her veterinary journey at Norfolk County Agricultural High School in Walpole, MA, where she gained hands-on experience caring for dogs, farm animals, and exotic pets. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a concentration in Veterinary Bioscience from North Carolina State University in 2019. She earned a veterinary degree from the University of Edinburgh’s Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 2025.

Dr. Fahy is passionate about advocating for animals and enjoys the challenge of solving complex cases and developing individualized treatment plans for her patients. Her professional interests include internal medicine, preventative care, and canine behavior and training. She believes that understanding a pet’s behavior is an important part of providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. She also places a strong emphasis on clear, empathetic communication and building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

Dr. Fahy is Fear Free Certified and is currently working toward USDA accreditation to issue international health certificates for pets to join Drs. Baker, Frye and Gardiner to send dogs and cats all over the world. She is excited to be part of a collaborative team that values excellent medicine, teamwork, and meaningful relationships with the families they serve.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Fahy enjoys cooking, reading, and hiking with her dog, Tanuki, a husky mix whose name comes from the Japanese raccoon dog.
